Dr. Ross C. Horton, Inc

I honestly would not recommend Dr Horton. I just had my BBL done by him and there were no results at all. He transferred the fat only to the top part of my hips and disregarded the rest of my butt so it was left looking extremely disproportionate. And that fat dissolved after 4 weeks. Going to my follow up appointments he showed little to no care at all. I definitely wasted a lot of my money and would never go back.The only positive experience I had were with the nurses. Janet and Elizabeth are wonderful and made the process very comfortable. Otherwise I wouldn’t classify Dr Horton as a good doctor.

The nursing staff at Dr Horton's office are extremely rude and dismissive, with a passive aggressive communication style, often speaking over the top of the patient in an argumentative tone and not taking the time to hear them out or explore options that address the patients needs. I cannot speak to Dr Horton, but I do not recommend his office.

I was happy to have my hand back to normal. A surgery technique was used to dissipate my Dupuytren's contracture. Viking disease. A sinewy buildup of skin in the hand that eventually causes the fingers to curl up.

I had a face lift with Doc. Horton in January 2021. This was my second procedure done with Doc. Horton and I must say that he is the best plastic surgeon in Vancouver. Even with such an invasive procedure, pain was under control, I did not have many bruises, swelling was gone in 2 days, and was back to work in 10 days. Post-surgery, Doc. Horton contacted me every day first 3 days and met with me regularly after to make sure I am healing properly. Very kind and caring staff. Thank you!

Receptionist did not have a piece ofPaper my mom needed for benefits, said she “was throwing out stuff that looked old”. Dr Horton did not use all the Botox I provided after the already insane 500$ injection fee.

I’ve seen Dr horton a few times for consultations and a procedure. Him and his entire staff are amazing!

7 year ago use Dr. Horton service and the result is outstanding. Not to mention kind and professional staff members. You are awesome! Planning to come for another procedure (face lift) soon.

I had a cyst removed from my face yesterday. The whole team is amazing! Dr.Horton was kind and gentle and his nurses are amazing. So friendly and everyone helps you feel welcomed and relaxed. I have no pain today and feel great. Maybe a little thing to some, but even the tape they used matches my skin perfectly so I can go out and you can't even notice it. The whole experience was great and would definitely recommend this team. My cyst was removed perfectly and im so happy. Thanks to everyone on the team!

Last year i had a painful type of cyst on my left wrist. I had a pleasure of meeting a great surgeon. He was very nice during my exam ( where i showed him few things that i want to remove). The day off my surgery he made things very comfortable for me, and even after. My scar is almost gone compared to my others done by other doctors. I can honestly say Dr.Horton is a scar wizard.
