We had the move out cleaning service done , and they did a fantastic thorough job. Prompt and courteous, with great communication , from when they were on their way , all throughout , to the finishing. I highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs. Pricing was accurate to what they proposed originally, too , so no surprises sure was nice . Great job everybody, from the office staff to the the cleaning staff. Thanks again .

Way over priced for the service I received. Only 1 person showed up to clean and he appeared to not know what a move out clean was. After 4 hours the cupboards had not been completely wiped down, stainless appliances all had massive streaks, laminate floor had not been vacuumed prior to mopping. The bathroom medicine cabinet had not been touched, the bathroom faucets had not been wiped clean and had hard water marks all over them, doors were not adequately wiped down with dirt still in corners of the panel cutouts and apparently lights are not part of a move out clean. Not that I would actually know because there was no checklist given to me either prior to or the day of. Having said that he did do a very good job on the inside window sills and toilets. I had to apologize to the new occupants the following morning as it was not up to par.

Excellent service, paid so much attention to detail and made my apartment spotless and clean. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a cleaning service

Amazing amazing service! I loved how timely they were! They showed up about 5 minutes before the time they were supposed to show up. They cleaned everything that we agreed on and they were so sweet throughout the whole process. Definitely booking them again!

The team from Crosstown was extremely friendly and thorough. The ladies took their time as if it was their own home and did an excellent job in all the little nooks and crannies. I have never seen my blinds this clean! 10/10 would recommend and will be using their services again.

I was dissatisfied with the level of cleaning and service provided. The woman stayed from 11 until 3:00. Throughout the cleaning I checked on her work. I had to ask her to do the toilets again. She was reluctant to do so. I am sure she did not clean the showers or tubs. They were lightly soiled so she didn't bother cleaning properly. The tubs are not frequently used and she said she cleaned them but there was still dust when I ran my hand in them. She barely dusted the furniture and only used a dirty duster quickly on some surfaces. I couldn't smell any cleaning product and never saw any cleaning products being used. When asked she said she used lysol but I never saw any! She had to be asked to dust the chairs and table and barely did it. She did not do a thorough job cleaning the kitchen counters or the outside of the appliances. Once again, I never saw any cleaning products! Just a damp cloth!Needless to say, we are very disappointed. She informed me that she is a sub contractor when I asked if she worked directly for the company. THE QUALITY OF SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! I booked a standard maintenance cleaning and asked her if she had the list of services she was supposed to provide, she said yes. I went through the list with her that I had and she said she did all of it. She was defensive and was very reluctant to do a proper walk through as the website and package claims to provide.VERY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED! This was a gift I purchased for my elderly parents!WILL NOT USE CROSSTOWN MAIDS AGAIN!
