I did not not know much about Tesla, so I went to the dealership in Innisfil to learn more about them and test drive one before purchase. Hannah was absolutely amazing giving me an in-depth break down on everything I needed to know! We started the process of getting an estimate to trade-in my current vehicle.Thanks again, HannahJoseph

Friendly professional staff. I was greeted well when I entered the show room for the first time few weeks ago. I had no experience with Tesla in the past. Linda walked me through initial instructions to Tesla cars. Patiently answering my novice questions. Then she offered a test drive on the model that I was interested. She lend me the car for a generous amount of time so I can experience many aspects of Tesla ownership before investing in one. And that was the “Aha” moment.Now I’m waiting for the delivery of my newly ordered Tesla.

Book a test drive for model Y with a family. We took a car for drive and car got locked out 5 min away from the showroom. What a nightmare as we weren't able to get a hold of anyone at the showroom. Had to send my wife on uber to go get the car unlocked so we can drive back. Overall experience was horrible which is sad as we really wanted to see how the car fits out family. Tesla do have a better battery and software but the built quality is really poor I could tell right away as we drive volvo xc90 and audi q7. Just because of the experience I had I will be test driving a BMW I and Mercedes EQ and see how it compares.

Awful communication, no response, no caring for my time. Took over $2000 in money for repairs that did not fix the problem but made it worse. gave loner car which has 1/2 the drive range, kept car longer without telling me than what was discussed and I’m going to be charged to use the car for my every day use while mine is in the shop with no updates and up response to messages. There is a time that people need to get involved not just apps.

Booked a test drive earlier today for a Model 3. The staff was wonderful, got there early enough to have a slightly extended test drive. I will definitely be back to purchase, what an amazing vehicle!

I stopped in at the new Tesla Dealership this morning on my way home from work this morning. I had my brand new winters that finally arrived by fedex and the service department didn’t even flinch and accommodated me right away.The rep I dealt with was named Chris and he was amazing!!! Got me signed in quick, gave me a tour of the place and made me feel very comfortable.Like all other Tesla dealerships they are very clean and minimalistic which in my opinion is the way to go. There isn’t 20 people trying to talk to you there isn’t a million banners all over, there are no Gongs you hit when you buy a car.It’s just a chill place you go to get your car serviced.The shop is visible to the public via the waiting area aka customer lounge and it’s kept in a clean prestige condition.I might be a bit biased because I own a Tesla but it truly is a remarkably relaxing experience.Added bonus there are tons of chargers at the back and it’s very easily accessible off the 400 and innisfil beach road. Thank goodness I don’t have to drive to woodbridge from wasaga any longer !!

Very poor customer service, was there for about 5 minutes. Workers were talking in showroom, I was told someone would be with us shortly. Someone showed up, looked at us and walked away. I waited for few more minutes and had to leave. I will take my business somewhere else.

Wow! Service doesn't get much better than this. The Tesla Barrie/Innisfil team went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. From the initial outreach to the constant contact about my vehicle as it progressed through service, the experience was top notch. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and made sure my car was in tip top shape before returning it to me, I cannot thank the service team & management enough for their diligence and quick work. Go Team Tesla!

Probably the best service center in Ontario. Brake lines and related parts took three weeks to come in but I was provided a loaner the whole time even though my bumper to bumper warranty is over, thank you to service manager Rob and his team!
