Thorough Clean

The cleaning professionals are polite and the owner is a great guy but i must leave a poor review because the staff can't be trusted to speak up if they damage your belongings by accident. If they break or damage something nobody will say a word. Then when the client finally notices the damage and brings it up, they will deny it at all cost. This happened several times throughout the year. Colin the owner was great and said he would take responsibility, and replace anything damaged. It is pretty inconvenient having to look up part numbers for your fridge because the cleaners broke it, but still nice of Colin to offer to replace without any issues. Then recently our new Blu-ray player was getting dusty from minor construction in our home and we asked them to make sure they dust and clean it. They dusted and cleaned all around it and the Blu-ray player. We actually wanted to return the Blu-ray for a newer model and we went to pack it up to return to the store and heard a rattling noise inside of it. (This was within 24 hours of the cleaners cleaning it.) After closer inspection we could see the Blu-ray had significant damage to one side and a crack on it - enough to show it had been dropped on it's side. This was the most obvious case of a cleaner breaking our belongings yet Thorough Clean took a month to ask their team about it. The final resolution from Thorough Clean was that They said they didn't touch it." so now we are stuck with a broken blu-ray player. The worst part is that the two cleaning ladies deny touching the Blu-ray player even though we all know it was cleaned on their shift. So far I have no comment from thorough Clean on how they figure our Blu-ray miraculously dusted and cleaned itself

This is the WORST run cleaning business I have ever worked for. The owner is not organized and very unprofessional. He doesn’t pay employees on payday and has them working full time hours.He over charges clients and does half ass jobs. Save your money and call a reliable cleaning company

Very fast and great service. I called them at 10:00am to come to my office and they reached within 45 min and clean my office.

AWFUL experience. Not only did the cleaners show up a half hour late, but they failed to clean what I had asked for (very basic stuff) and I got charged by my landlord for it, as I was moving out. When trying to bring this matter up with the company, they refused to refund my money. I had paid for 2 hours, they worked 1.5 hours having arrived late, the cleaners were very odd - one of them washed a hardwood floor that I hadn't asked for and wasn't meant to be washed with water - which then was wet for the movers coming in to move furniture... just crazy stuff.These guys are con artists!

Called for a last minute Thanksgiving clean. My schedule was crazy and they were kind enough to fit me in last minute. The two women who showed up were polite and professional.I was working all day and when I came upstairs to check the work they had done (I have a home office) my house was immaculate! They even wiped down the doors! Who does that? They do! It made my life so much easier to get ready for my dinner party.I will definitely have them back. Payment system was easy and affordable. Great job!

Cleaners, including the owner, showed up nearly an hour late and did a less than awesome job.Duties also included a steam clean and I am not happy with the result. I wouldn't hire them again.

Did a move out clean before I moved in. Unfortunately the floors hasn't even been swept or mopped, the oven wasn't cleaned, and there was still residue all over the walls and kitchen counters. Not good.

I cancelled service with this expensive and inferior company about four or five months ago. I still don't have my fob and key back!

Not even a star the owner likes to rip off older ladies like my 63 yr old mother ,first he shorts his employes checks then eventualley just gives them a 100$ and sends them on thier way ,in all the years my mom has worked all over Canada and has never been ripped off like this. the owner Colin left my 63 yr old mom crying for 2 weeks this guy needs to loose his buisness

Had two of the cleaners come over last weekend for a one-hour cleaning job.Extremely unimpressed with the service. Cleaners focused on bathrooms, when I instructed main focus as wiping and cleaning of side panels, walls and interior windows. Also pointed out an area of the roof where dirt had accumulated and asked that this be cleaned...upon inspection it was overlooked. Also, after cleaners had left, I found two large scratches from work boxes (boxes with cleaning products) on flooring.I do not like to be someone that provides direction from over the shoulder, but in hindsight perhaps I should have as none of my instructions were followed. By the time they had left, I couldn't even tell the difference from when they had arrived.Below par service. Recommend others to look elsewhere.
