Massage Addict

Definitely not a great location. My massage therapist was really rough and unprofessional and did more harm than good. I've been to a few locations and was a member, and this is by far the worst massage I've ever recieved at Massage Addict. Super disappointing.

Clean environment, staff is very knowledgeable & friendly, easy to make appointments online, they have a good discount program. Treatment was very helpful. I've tried the Chiropractic, Massage & Acupuncture.

Prices are way too high for inexperienced massage therapists. I wanted to give it a fair review so went multiple times and seen 4 different massage therapists and each time was a disappointment. They want you to pay before going in and expect you to include the tip in the price but how can you know what to tip without receiving the service first? There are far better places to go. The only positive thing I can say about this place is they have great hours, open until 9pm, this fits my schedule better but doesn't help my sore neck and muscles getting a bad massage.

OMG. It was so relaxing My massager was so amazing. She was very focused on my back pain.

Hello" to whom this may concern.My community of friends and professionals would love to see a better effort coming from a company that bills to veteran benefits and the resolution of the matters wronged by massage addicts

Great massage! The clinic and massage room is very nice and clean. The massage therapist did a great job! My back feels so much better now! I would have given 5 stars if I didn’t have to sign up for 12 months to come at least once per month to get the $90 rate per hour.

I've had a different RMT each time and they all do a fantastic job. I leave there feeling relaxed rejuvenated. It's clean and calming atmosphere is very welcoming

The location is nice, comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The massage therapist who worked on me didn’t ask too many questions, but he was personable enough. I thought he could give a few more directions, maybe show where the bathroom is or advise as to procedure for the session (it had been a while and was my first time at this location). The massage itself was relaxing to the point I almost fell asleep. I appreciated the amount of time he spent on each area. I’m not sure it was as finessed as others I’ve had though. At one point the music stopped, but that’s a minor thing. I would return again and would probably recommend it to friends and family.
