FIX AUTO BRADFORD

Stay away. They scratch my front bumper (front and side ) without telling me. Lucky for them it was raining all week n I didn’t notice it until I clean the car. I use scratch remover to hide most of the scratch.

I was rear ended. I asked for 2 quotes, one for the bumper and a second to get two rust spots the size of a loonie fixed. Was told by Brian that a second quote wasn’t needed, they could take care of that at the same time - since they had to take the panels off to get to the bumper. I booked my appointment.When I picked up my car, the rust spots hadn’t been dealt with. The bumper repair was corrected. I mentioned this, said they would take care of it right away. I was waiting inside, Brian walked in from the garage and asked if I would just like to take a small jar of paint home? I asked him if he was going to be sanding it at all and he told me it would cost $1500 to repair. They would only touch it up. I was disappointed because this was not the conversation we had originally. I never asked for anything free, I asked for two quotes.I said I was disappointed and would wait outside. This is when Brian’s face went red and he started yelling at me. No situation from any professional business should ever result in being yelled at. Brian then refused to do any work and peeled the car out of the garage and slammed my keys the counter. I left shocked and confused by the behaviour.When my husband called a couple weeks later, it was obvious they couldn’t keep the complaints straight. Kept referring to other situations and people. Said we could have been committing insurance fraud and took absolutely no accountability for the yelling or mistreated. My issue is not with the work that didn’t happen, but with how the situation was handled. An apology would have gone a long way here after being yelled at.

So much for sending me the estimate to fix my car wasted my time driving there and never received the estimate very poor service and for sure that I won't be coming back again .

Amazing customer service and my car was in the next day after accident. Would highly recommend.

Took my 2015 Chevy Colorado for body and paint repair due to hit and run amazon driver.Had the opportunity to meet Tina and Brian.Very compassionate and honest people with a high degree of integrity.Tina was able to answer ALL my questions in regards to a vehicle rental and insurance information. She organized a rental and kept me well informed with insurance information and the progress of my truck. She called me a day in advance as to when my truck would be ready for pick up.I found Tina to be very knowledgeable, kind and informative with a great deal of patience! I found Brian to be overwhelmingly knowledgeable in the autobody field. He to was able to answer ALL my questions with patience and honesty. My truck was completed 2 days in advance of the completion date.This gentleman cares about pleasing his customers and will go all out to make sure they are satisfied with the finished product.His employees did an amazing job. Upon leaving my truck, I left Tina and Brian with confidence. I highly recommend Fix Auto Bradford.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything about my repair. They made the arrangements for my rental vehicle and ensured everything was ready when they said it would be.

These people are amazing; from Tina to Brian to Phoebe who took care of me and my car when I brought it in to be fixed. They were true to their word in terms of timeline and their quality of work is excellent. They were able to identify additional damages that I missed when I inspected the car.
