I was in a bind, and despite Scott having a very full schedule and no free time, he helped me out by dropping everything he had going on to get me back on the road heading to my destination when others didn't give me the time of day. I'm not local, and it didn't benefit him at all to care this much. Much appreciated

These guys were amazing. Got stuck right around the corner with a slight issue that needed fixing urgently and just looked up the closest possible auto shop there was and I found myself here at Scott’s. Regretfully I didn’t get the name of the gentlemen who was working at the front desk at the time but he was incredibly friendly and immediately came outside and got the car back in driving condition in 5 minutes. Very thankful for these guys.

We went in with a sensor condition no idea what was causing it. Scott's figured out it was a wheel bearing issue had us underway again in no time. They don't seem to need any extra work so they don't appear to charge you for anything unnecessary.Edit. Put double the km suggested on a timing belt. Scott's suggested that since I had the engine open to put in a new water pump. Was about 1/4 of the cost of doing it later.

On a recommendation from a neighbour I began using Scott’s Auto Repairs 6 years ago. I have been very impressed with their staff and service. I have purchased a set of both regular and a set of winter tires from them, pricing is very competitive.

Didn’t get any work done by them yet but I called asking about a sound my car was making and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and walked me through it. I feel like most places would just want you to come in so they can charge you and make a buck but they were so helpful regardless of me not even being a paying customer.Car ended up being fine just as he proposed on the phone and I didn’t have to waste money having someone look at it!

Took my car i had just purchased in for safety got new tires on my rims, needed a tie rod done, and brake lights that came on with the brakes but didn't work otherwise (night running lights wouldn't come on). Got my car back the tie rod was fine, but they took my rims and didn't have them when I inquired about them. Thats an easy $250 they technically stole, didn't fix my brake lights and said they had no issue with them, (they don't turn on after i had put new bulbs in myself) and charged me for a license plate bulb I had planned on swapping myself. This was a disgusting interaction and the opposite of professional service.
