Worst customer service I have experienced in a cell store. My mother needed to upgrade her phone and they wouldn't even talk to her because her deceased husband's name was on the account which she had already gone through the process of changing online. Then, when the upgrade she ordered online had the wrong imei number and they told her to bring it to the store to process the return, the store REFUSED to help in any way whatsoever. 3 seperate hour long trips to this store, what a waste of time. Would never recommend bell or this store.

Selected and purchased my new IPhone and service plan with help from Sumeet at the Kelowna Store today. He was most helpful in helping analyze my typical usage pattern and finding the best options for me. He took the time to ensure my apps, photos, etc all got transferred to the new phone, briefed me on the new features and at the end of the process I will realize a saving of more than $50 per month and have a more recent model with a service plan that will work for my needs. Thanks Sumeet, great job!

As a senior trying to understand plans, phone features and functions can be a challenge. James at this store was great. He took care of setting me up with an awesome account and managed to teach an old dog new tricks...James is excellent. I highly recommend him... For all ages...

I have been with bell for 7+ years! James at the kelowna location has always helped me . He has gone above and beyond keeping with relevant phones (watches and tablets) and plans that fit my needs best. Highly recommend.
