Jason was very helpful and finally was able to fix an issue on our heat pump that puzzled many technicians before him.He was punctual, explained everything and left no trace.Their back office was also very accommodating and I really enjoyed the work summary email I received the next day..I'd recommend Air Com and Jason specifically to whoever needs any kind of HVAC service.

I’ll give them a 4, mostly because the technician was really helpful and professional and most importantly, showed up. It took me about a month to finally get things done, but at the end of the day, my heater was fixed.

I had AirCom contractors come in to service my condo unit. They fixed an issue my building maintenance couldn't fix (warm air was blowing out even though my thermostat was set to cool). It wasn't AirCom's responsibility but they went above and beyond to help me out. They also continued to wear face masks for extra safety. In and out in 10 minutes and gave me tips on how/when to change air filters. Super kind, highly recommend!
