Prices are very high. Hot dogs are too soggy and fries are undercooked. Poutine portion super tiny. The only good part is that they offer Dr.Pepper. Not really gonna come back.

Hot dogs and poutine is all you need there. You can't go wrong with that. It's a great place with an amazing history. Only thing I can tell you to be careful is the claw machine. It'll eat your 1$ coins.

Really hard to say anything about a hot dog that hasn't been said before. The Michigan was pretty good (lacked the snap of a real Coney but for two bucks what is there to complain about?) and the steamé was exactly what I had hoped for.

You can taste Montreal's night life history.It's been an iconic place since 1912.If you go in the late evening or in the night, you will be served by the guy that's in the painting right at the entrance! He's been my friend from years!Even if I don't go out as often as I used to, he and Milan ( another awesome member of the staff ) still remember me and still remember my preferred order!If you didn't have a steamed hotdog, fries and a black cherry soft drink from the Montreal Pool Room... you haven't had the real experience!Go there before or after party!

Dirty, lack of taste, very cheap food. I can see why they are doing great due to their proximity to the downtown core and bars. But, there are food trucks that makes better food then this.Plus, the whole store was dirty, it was quiet and the tables were all dirty. They also don't take credit cards but have an atm on location... which is strange for a restaurant in 2023.Very nice people but I definitly wouldn't go back. I really hope management steps it up.
