Pemberton Distribution Limited

I had them pick up a small pallet of motorcycle wheels from Pemberton that was supposed to be held for pickup at their Kelowna warehouse. First they booked pickup for a day that they don't service Pemberton, and the shipper sat around for an entire day waiting. After they finally did pick it up the next day, they attempted to deliver it to my residential address, and left 5 skids of another company's shipment along with my shipment, all with no notification or receipt signature.Now they want to bill me shipping for a skid they say weighed 150lbs. I weighed the entire skid as it came and came back with 57.9 lbs.This company is a joke. I talked to at least 5 different individuals to book the shipment, and none of them knew what their colleagues had scheduled.Horrible service, deceptive and unreliable. I will never use them or their associate company Speedee Transport again.

Hopefully will be more successful than Pemberton Transport.
