Was here for a SuperBowl party and was very impressed. Ordered chilli and antojitos before the game, and they were great. We then had the VIP room to watch the big game with our large group it was terrific fun. Staff were friendly and attentive, making sure the event was a success. Thanks to Ramesh and the team!

I came here for the first time and to start they gave me a dirty fork… I should have walked out then but I understand things can happen! I ordered my food a BLT and I got 1 piece of bacon! Wow piper arms don’t hurt yourself!! As I was finishing my drink i realized my glass was the dirtiest thing I have EVER drank from!! I just wanna puke! This place is very unclean and if I could give it ZERO stars I would!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING do they even use soap to wash dishes??? Or just water! The waitress didn’t seem to care she said it was normal for them

Second time the evening service has been atrocious. After an hour we gave up and canceled our food order. The waitress spent 15 minutes beating her gums with the couple behind us, probably while our food was getting cold at the pass, she brought out my soup fresh from the microwave on dishes that were too hot to handle even though the soup was still cold. This is the second time that evening service sucked. We won't be back.

Service and atmosphere is absolutely top notch which is the primary reason behind the 5 stars. Good I’ll be honest was not neither myself or my girlfriends expectation, it was fine tho both could’ve used more flavour (buffalo wrap and spicy chicken sandwich (Cajun), my dad and step mom enjoyed their food much more (Quiana salad and shrimp pasta). All in all though the cheap ish beers make it all worth it. All in all I was satisfied but a place like chuck’s roadhouse is on the same level with much cheaper prices, though service here is just simply so much better than chuck’s.

Awful table service, wouldn't even sing/say happy birthday just dropped it off at the table. Waitress never checked in on us for drink refills (stayed on the opposite end of the room and i couldnt catch her attention), ended up asking her coworker (who was amazing BTW, but obviously busy serving her tables). The family washroom change table was dirty and no way to strap baby in as the other half of the buckle was missing. The burger was great but the liver and onions ordered was lacking onions, broccoli wasn't cooked and the extra mash potatoes we ordered was a small portion. Overall, poor service, decent food and nice atmosphere.

My sister and I went out for dinner there last night. She had never been there before. I’ve been there a few times and have never been disappointed. Their food is fantastic and the service was amazing. My sister was very happy with it and will definitely be going back again as will I. Thank you for a great evening Piper arms!

Above all, staff and owners are extremely friendly and accommodating . If you have a small get-together or large, they will help with all your questions.The specials are amazing , large portions we have never had a bad meal from them.We love the bar area where there are large tables for 6 and more times than not your sitting with people you don't know but by the time your meal is done you have made new friends. There are always great times at Pipers !!!!

Servers are amazing, very attentive, and always try to meet your needs. The food is good and has a home cooked meal feel but the portions vary and aren’t consistent. Great low key place to come watch basketball, hockey, UFC, and everything else with friends and family if you aren’t a fan of loud places and want to hear the company you came with.
