Waited and waited for a reservation status and NEVER had the common courtesy to respond after MULTIPLE via texts/phone calls. Finally, after reaching out to multiple competitors they were able to respond on the behalf of this company (which I found awkward that they could get a response and NOT the customer)...Too bad I couldn’t find zero stars. Save your time and $$$...

Ann Arbor carriage did not disappoint. Hired them for my daughter’s prom and it was every bit of magical. Professional, reliable service, with a beautiful horse. Will be doing business again. Thank you Denise. I wish I can give it 5 more stars.

Had them for a wedding photo session and entrance. Spectacular service, amazing staff. Very kind and friendly. Price was very acceptable as well.
