10/10 recommend purchasing from Herb. Not only are VW vehicles great but Herb the sales manager made the whole experience amazing.

Had them fix an issue with a recall on my sunroof in my Golf (that was done improperly by another VW dealership) and they were super helpful! Will be back for more service.

Amazing experience! Very helpful in picking out a Volkswagen Atlas. Staff was very informative and took the time to teach me everything about the vehicles. Even after I purchased, they went through ALL the features with me, and were very happy to answer any questions after the fact. Definitely recommend!!

Would never recommend.They always say a service department sells the cars not the sales department…In this case it must be the opposite and that would be the only reason this dealership sells any vehicles.They do not answer their phone.. ever, they treat women very poorly and have zero manners. Only bonus is the dogs in the office!Would never bring my Atlas back to them. Beware!!

No courtesy car for warranty work provided and it took 5 days to get my car in, even though it's not drivable at the moment and I'm on foot. Cost of oil change is $60 more than the dealership in my town. I won't buy another car from this dealership, it's all too inconvenient. It's too bad, because I love the car, but the service is horrible.

Brought in an 2011 jetta as the ignition switch was so hard to turn it broke the actual key fob off the key itself. The staff managed to beat their original time line for repair and also notified us the car had a recall for neutral safety switch that would be covered under warranty. This was all appreciated however after picking the car up it stalled out going back home but would start right back up and seem ok. This kept happening once in a while until the problem was several times just trying to drive 30 min and was a safety hazard on the hwy. Brought the car back to VW and left it there for weeks waiting for a tec to look at it and say there was nothing wrong!. At this point we took it to another shop that actually took the car for a test drive and had it stall however could not diagnose the issue due to it being a VW and needing special software. Took the car back to VW once again and the shop manager was less than help saying it could be an ECU but not sure however offered zero advice for a resolution to why the car would stall for no reason. When told to please order the ECU because we have no other option the price went from 800 to 3000 !! Obviously trying to discourage the repair. The car is for a mobile P.S.W who people rely on daily. The fact the the cars only issue going there in the first place was ignition key was tight and leaving with it stalling then being treated like a nuisance for needing it repaired I will never buy another p.o.s volkswagen knowing I would be relying on this shop to do repairs and will tell anyone thinking about buying one close to north bay not to bother. If you're reading this thanks for nothing , just because it's not a brand new car or an easy fix I guess it's not worth trying.

I was extremely pleased with the service at Autohaus Stackelberg. They did a major repair under a warranty program and repaired a couple more I didn't even know about. Then they did another minor repair I asked about at no charge. Geoff and co are very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. My first experience there, but not my last.
