You can check out the full correspondence between myself and impact automotive regarding a complaint at the better business bureau website. In short, I went in for a wheel alignment for $99 and was handed a bill for $1,166 because a bolt broke off during the process and it could not be repaired so a whole new control arm had to be replaced, with no explanation of procedure ahead of time and that added expenses would be a possibility.
