We had 7 guests coming the next day, and what turned out to be a root obstructing the drainage to the septic. Alex came out on an hour's notice, late in the evening, and stayed past 1am to find and fix the problem - awesome work, and went above and beyond installing a proper clean out and finding our septic tank. Great communication throughout, and clear next steps for how to prevent this in the future.

These guys were awesome. Our hot water tank wasn't working. They came within a couple hours, knew exactly what was wrong, changed out the part, and had us up and running in no time. Excellent customer service and repair job!

Aqua is prompt and professional. I've had multiple experiences with at my work and they are always reliable. I called them to replace a part and they fixed it and serviced it at basically nothing to the cost of a replacement. They are helpful and will explain what they are doing so you aren't just standing there thinking they are doing something unnecessary. 5 star all around

Today was the 3rd time using Aqua. We have had a different plumber each time, but all of them have been super nice, knowledgeable and willing to help and give advice. The house is old, and slowly stuff is starting to wear out. Today was the shower with super low hot water and pressure. (Hot water works in all other faucets.) They started with what would be the cheapest fix, but when that didn't work Jeff explained my options for the next step that could fix the problem. It was a little bit more in depth, but he completed it quickly and I'm happy to say I just got out of a hot shower with much much more pressure!!!! Aqua plumbing will always be my first call when plumbing problems come up!!

We have had a water leak, and Joe determined it was outside our house. Although that is a service he can’t provide, he did replace our leaking toilet flappers. He then shored up our sump pipes until we could get a company over to dig them up and install a new water line.Joe is a friendly and knowledgeable plumber, and his rates were fair. We will certainly use Aqua Plumbing again.

Shane not only efficiently diagnosed and repaired the original problem, but pointed out another issue that would cause a service call in the future.I was able to schedule a non emergency service call to correct an issue that would have affected my business .Thanks
