Brian, Cayden and the team were so great today!! For my first time call to Smith Creek Cycle this afternoon, I was greeted with above and beyond great customer service. They offered to get my sons and my bike in right away today to have them completed by end of day.Very kind, friendly and accommodating as well. Definitely more than a 5+ star for this awesome business and team, and highly recommended!!Thank you :)

These guys are the BEST for bike maintenance...they really take the time to check everything, explain it to me before doing anything and letting me know what will be coming up. Such a relief.. as I'm not well versed in the bike maintenance world...so great to feel like it's being taken care of. Highly recommend.

Brian and his team are all class. Ordered a pair of clearance shorts online and when it turned out they had already sold my size, they proactively reached out and offered a more recent style at the same price to make me whole. This is above and beyond service, I will definitely be coming back!
