Less than reputable service dept. Bought a used bike with extended warranty. Took it in for warranty repairs and confirmed the repairs were covered under warranty. We'll after the repair was done they proceeded to charge me an additional $350 for the repair, saying it is now not covered under the extended. After many arguments with the service dept and the salesman, I choose to pay it and NEVER TAKE MY BIKE BACK TO THE GUYS!! Way better Harley dealers to go to, Red Deer for example.Goodbye Calgary Harley, I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR PLACE AGAIN. And I will be sure to let all my riding friends know.

This is probably the best dealership in western Canada. Very professional people and great service. The inventory they have on the floor is very impressive. The clothing department is also run very well. The clothing manager is very knowledgeable about all of the merchandise that they sell, including the helmets and all the Sena products. I have been to most dealerships from Vancouver to Winnipeg and I would say this is probably one of the best if not # 1. Hats off to the owner and everyone that’s works here.

Got overcharged for a used bike. After one season, I took back for an oil change, and they charged me $5000 in repairs that were not covered by warranty. I do not recommend going there. For example they charged me $40 to retort the saddlebags a one minute job with a wrench that I could have done myself but they took it upon themselves to do it and then overcharge me absolutely ridiculous shop rates if you want to get ripped off and taking advantage of definitely go there they're great at doing that will never set foot in there again.

What an amazing staff to deal with! Felt like I was already part of the family as soon as I walked in looking at a bike to buy. Sam fixed me up with the perfect bike for me. Ebonnie went over and above to make sure I was properly suited up. Would highly recommend anybody to stop in have a look around and visit with the staff.
