Northland Kia Service Department

Was offered a vacuum during oil change. Was told fluids would be topped up. Both, no charge. Both, not done. They cold call you constant. But they can't come through with their offers. Wont be using them again. Eastside is much better

Booked an appointment for an oil change, let them know we’d be waiting for the car while oil change was being done. Day of the appointment we drive all the way from Airdrie, once we get there we’re told it’s a 3-4 hour wait for an oil change. They have 2 cars every 15 minutes booked in. Waiting room was full of people. They offered a shuttle but since we live in Airdrie it doesn’t apply to us.Since we don’t have 3-4 hours to wait we now have to rebook and I have to take time off work.We want the extended engine warranty and part of the warranty is having oil changes done at Northland Kia. They force us to go in for an oil change every 6000km but then make it impossible to have a service in a timely fashion. Super super dissatisfied and disappointed in Kia Northland Service. Absolutely unacceptable.Edit: we were told by Northland Kia in order for us to have the extended warranty, we HAD to service the car only at Northland. I just contacted Kia Canada and they said the servicing can be done at ANY Kia Dealership. We’ll be switching back over to Eastside Kia as the service department there said the wait time for an oil change is 1 to 1.5 hour wait. That’s way more acceptable for a booked appointment

Got my car serviced a few days ago, everything went smoothly. I dropped off my car and they said it would be ready between 2-4pm. They called me around 1:30pm that it was all good to go and ordered me an uber back to the kia service shop. Everyone there was friendly and overall was a great experience. Thank you!!

Excellent work today, all parts and work done as required and needed. Even washed it.
