My friend and I came in for walk ins and it was the best experience ever. Everyone was really friendly and really chatty and made sure our tattoos were going to turn out right. We both ended up changing our placement because they not only told us it would look bad but explained why and helped us find a better alternative. We had just come from a very bad tattoo shop experience so we will definitely be returning!!!

Nic has been my artist for 2 years and he is fantastic. im so happy that i started going to him for my tattoos. he is so kind and considerate. he has pretty much completed my sleeve and i get compliments everywhere i go. if you’re into dark whimsical art work he is the guy for you. Nic is receptive to making alterations to pieces and is always doing the most to make his clients happy. if you haven’t already go check out his flash on his instagram @nicgaetz and book your appointment!

I‘ve seen a few artists at the Showdown locations for drop ins, but I typically book with Roxanna and she is an AMAZING person & tattoo artist.Always a super welcoming environment at Showdown, and easy to get in with someone.5 stars and I will be back!

I've gotten tattoos from two different artists here and both are amazing! I love my tattoos and had a good experience both times I've gone here. Both an aesthetic and clean environment, friendly kind artists, and the artists are so talented! Shout out to Nic and Caleb!

I've had Aliya do six of my piercings and every single one of them has healed amazing. She has an incredible passion for piercing and for jewelry. She's extremely detail orientated and always brings in the most gorgeous jewelry. Aliya will make you feel calm and comfortable. I will never trust anyone else with my piercing me.

Emma “@Ep.inktattoos” is AMAZING! All of the tattoos she has done have healed amazingly and look great years later. I wouldn’t trust anyone else as much as I trust Emma to give me a tattoo! The quality, art, and environment of the shop is unmatched. Would only ever recommend Emma and the rest of Showdown for anyone looking to get tattooed in YEG.

Kara and Roxana are the best !!!Every experience at showdown has been amazing because of these 2!I have been in for walkins and for appointments and I am always leaving with something better than I could have imagined.
