Horrible customer service I tried calling the electronic department no one answered the phone after it ringing for 15 mins I called back multiple times to each department and the phone was ringing foe 10 mins each time hopefully corporate will come and do a inspection soon and provide much needed customer service training to all staff soon

The lady in the costumer service was rude in handling our transaction for showing our coupons for the items we purchase. It was our first time being insulted in a way that she assumed we didn’t understand the terms regarding the copies of coupons. The store is wonderful, but it was a terrible experience with the lady in the costumer service.

Not all bakery items available, we had to go to other Walmart stores to get them.But at least a good rollback on fragrances, some of them even lower than Costco and Amazon.

Wow.... I have never been so insulted....quote from part of the management team...I don't know what your problem is "..... and when I told her that this should never said to anyone she stated it was because she was Ethiopian.... I told her that her English was as good as mine...and then tried to say I was playing the "race" card.... she even said it to the male manager. Omgosh....what a terrible experience.I will escalate this as I certainly did not appreciate the "race" card being used against me.No service with a smile at this Walmart!!"

I was at the store Friday (12.16.2022) night around 7:45pm and there was only one register open. The line up to cash out was long. I even heard a man ask twice if the other vacant registers were self-check out machines (dude I wish). At least two-three other people who were waiting made comments about the size of the lineup. The service was so slow and I really didn’t understand why the cashier didn’t request backup. There were a few other employees doing other task like merchandising or greeting. What really irritated me was that there was another lady standing behind the woman cashing people out. I don’t know what her purpose was because she wasn’t even helping bag groceries.My mom had joined the line and had a few things to check out. Just before it was my turn I went back in the line and took her stuff so I could pay for it all together. There was no way I was going to stand there all night waiting for her to be cashed out next.When I got to cash I asked them what was going on and if they didn’t see the huge line up? Neither could answer and went silent. Before it was my turn the cashier was asking everyone for donations and if they’d like a bag. When I started to ask why the service was so slow and if they were understaffed she just shut down and didn’t ask me anything. She didn’t even read out my total bill. No “sorry for the longer than normal wait, we’re having trouble with staffing” or anything like that. You have to know how to respond in tough situations and deal with customer complaints. That’s like the third interview question asked during the hiring process in retail.Anyways, all I heard the lady behind the woman cashing me out ask was if she needed her to ring things through to give her a break. In my mind I’m thinking why don’t you jump on one of the many empty registers available and help clear this massive line up!? She then muttered something about it almost being closing time which wasn’t true because they close at 10pm.I really wasn’t impressed. Whoever the manager is or the person in charge during the Night Shift, needs to do a better job. They know this is the busiest time of the year, plan ahead! And that cashier and the lady behind her (maybe the supervisor) were just terrible. 1. Call for back up 2. Ask the supervisor wearing yellow behind you to jump on a register.Honestly I won’t shop at this location again and wouldn’t recommend anyone do so as well. Their service is always slow no matter the season. This visit really pushed me to write a review because the service was so bad and irritating.

Was there last night helping my daughter with her shopping. It was clean, a great employee helped us and the checkout was quick. Not the biggest Walmart but it is a good one.
