Jordan's has an excellent selection of rugs and flooring and Johnathan Devooght was extremely helpful when I had to choose a rug for an odd shaped room in my house. He later helped me choose a furniture piece for a bedroom. Excellent service, quality and selection!

I really had no idea where to start or what to look for when I met Jennifer but I knew I wanted to redo some of the areas of my new home. I showed her some pictures and she ran with it. She gave me some amazing recommendations and showed me what color schemes to go with all within my budget. She made the process super easy while walking me through the whole process.I had been to a few other places but they basically just told me where to find this and that and to call them if I needed help. Jennifer helped me make decisions and made me feel so comfortable about everything. She's a true gem and has a very keen eye and attention to detail, thanks again Jennifer! I had very professional personal service from William Feng wheni visited the downtown store to check whether they might still have the carpet i had purchased and to cover my entire house 10 years ago...they did have one that pretty well matched mine so i ordered it to replace my downstairs hallway carpet. it arrived when William said it would and was installed by a very good installer in a few hours.needless to say i was very pleased and would purchase flooring again from Jordans .

Jonathon helped us pick the most perfect couch for our space. Everything was seamless. Our couch unexpectedly arrived early and they kept us abreast of the details of transit the entire time. Everything was professional from start to finish. The delivery crew were very helpful getting the couch in the right spot. Highly recommend this store for fine furniture and good service.

We recently purchased flooring from Jordans through sales person Jennifer Mueller. Our experience was absolutely outstanding and we were very impressed with both the product and service we received. I had the absolute pleasure of conversing with Jennifer this passed weekend. She was pleasant, clearly knowledgeable and at no point made us feel pressured. We are still very much in the early planning stages and we walked away from the experience armed with so much more information and some amazing ideas. If you are feeling a bit lost or like me have little concept of putting a room together go talk to this lady. She obviously knows her stuff and truly cares about her job- a real rarity these days.
