Overpriced. And hey if you're so dedicated to helping animals in need how about YOU donate money instead of guilting your clients at the checkout by forcing them to hit no to continue the transaction? Profits aren't huge enough?

Nice clean store, great selection, and excellent staff. We took our Golden Doodle here for beginner dog training with Jen. Jen was absolutely terrific, teaching the lesson and then following us as we practiced the new training. The only downside is that the practice area is in the store's aisles, which on a Saturday afternoon tend to be busy with other customers... and a distraction to the dogs in training.

The staff went above and beyond helping me out in regards to setting up my new aquarium.

Super helpful staff. They honestly seem to want you to save money and go out of their way to help. It's a huge store, the aisles are wide and spacious, everything is organized well and they have a very varied inventory. Prices are competitive, sales personnel are friendly and freely offer their time, and their hours if operation are longer than other local pet supply shops. Five star.

okay to start this off i love the staff that work here so much, i see them all the time and they are lovely. that being said my boyfriend and i have continuously been sold fish that have ich. i want to be able to go into the store and trust the employees won’t sell me a sick fish, we took a long break from purchasing fish from here because of the ich problem. we have been shopping for fish at the only other pet store and they have been honest about and ich or diseases that fish may have so we could make our own decisions or just flat out said come back in a week or two and they will be fully treated. yesterday i got a fish i’ve been wanting for months i knew it was a risk but they all seemed okay in the poorly lit tank so ow ent ahead and bought it. well it has ich and i am so frustrated. i know the petsmart in kelowna will mark tanks that are sick and will not sell them. why doesn’t this store do this?? rant over please do better

Very generous and kind staff help out above and beyond

Very rude employees in the fish department, my poor grandson was absolutely heart broken by the way he was treated when wanting to buy a fish for his tank he has been taking care of for at least 3 years. The managers of this store need to seriously train the employees on people skills.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Store was very well maintained and clean. It was very easy to fo d what I was after.
