We (my family and I) are new in Canada, at the beginning I was a little annoyed by the time it took to schedule an hour for exams or a specialist, but this was related to the person who was managing this before, now, after the Clinic changed this person,a great improvement was noticed and in less than a month, we have our appointments, so now I can say that is very good.Thanks for your help Mandeep!

My dad is private pay and the doctor mentioned that our laboratory results will be sent via email. I have been calling, sending emails to the receptionist and we have not received it.If you can just wait for a better walk in, don’t go here. $80 for a phone consult and the doctor only gave us enough prescription for the first time. Hence, you have to book again ($$$). Every time you have to ask about your health concern, have to book again ($$$).I don’t think these people really care about patients. Money matters.Not going back to them

This clinic has a great doctors and staff. Specifically thankful to receptionist mandeep . She is very friendly and helpful when I get my medicine . I appreciate her kindness and her time being there for when I needed it . Will definitely recommended to my family and friends .

Booked a phone appointment online for a prescription refill, the receptionist called me twice, asked questions and told me the doc would call me soon. Never called. Rebooked an appointment the next day and the receptionist called me and said the doc can't prescribe my medication... It's a very standard medication. Total waste of time.

Mandeep the front desk lady is really sweet and helpful. She actually helped me to get the appointment and did the follow ups timely.The doctor is also very empathetic and kind.ThanksDivya

I made an appointment for a phone doctor's appointment with this clinic 9am. They booked me in for 10:15am and as the appointment time got near, I received a text message from the clinic saying I would be receiving the call over 2 hours later between 1:30pm and 3:00pm. The doctor never called me or made any attempt to connect at a future time. I called their office to reach reception but their automated service doesn't connect callers to anyone but rather goes to a blank tone. Pointless to make an appointment with this clinic.

Cannot recommend. I made a phone appointment online, received a confirmation, but never received a call. 2 hours later I called the clinic, and they said that the doctor was not working today. End of story.

I have been a patient of 123 Walk-in clinic for last 6 months. I don't have family doctor that's where I got to know about them. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I was in touch with Harman and Nadia, they are very generous and ready to schedule the appointment with Doctor when it needed and specially in emergency cases.I was meeting with Dr. Tanjit Ghag and she takes the time to listen to you, she cares for you as a patient and prescribes tests and medicine. She is a great doctor.Thank you for always being so helpful!! It is appreciated.

Just finished my appt with Dr. T Ghag and had a absolutely horrible experience. I told her my symptoms and she told me to take Tylenol. I’m in pain and discomfort and in the past had the same issue and was prescribed medication but she refused. Her attitude was horrible, she was talking to me in a degrading manner and ended up hanging up on me. She does not have the proper knowledge of how Bc guidelines work because she was telling me that she was following the guidelines and when i asked what guidelines, she said “I don’t need to answer that” really?She should not be billing this phone call appointment as she absolutely wasted my time and not give me any meds but instead told me to take Advil or Tylenol. Absolutely rude doctor!
