Fairfield Village Dental Center

Today was my first visit to Fairfield Dental as I look for a new dentist for myself and family. The staff here were kind, professional and very clear about what was happening - no surprises! Dr. Tatlidil was knowledgeable, proficient and not afraid talk about the benefits of Fluoride!! Amazing! Other dentists I've visited sell procedures to max out your insurance even if you don't need it...Fairfield Dental is not this type of dentist. I'll be back with my family! Note I didn't see any kids toys there, so not sure how many kids they deal with?!

I have been going to Fairfield Village Dental for approx. 3 years and have truly enjoyed the professional and friendly atmosphere. Efforts on behalf of the staff are always made to accomodate my non routine schedule. By nature I am often nervous during dental visits however, I feel very comfortable at this office. My concerns are addressed so that I clearly understand. I highly recommend Fairfield Village Dental, it feels very family oriented. Thank you for the great service.

Dr. Lin is wonderful. I've experienced severe trauma as a child from bad" dentists

Despite operating in tough Covid times, the clinics booking process was streamlined. From the front office to the dental chair, the staff were extremely kind. I had three dental procedures, a cleaning and two fillings. The dentist and dental assistant worked well together and made my time in the chair less dreadful than any other dental experience. In the future I will be revisiting this clinic for all my dental work.

Who knew I would find my dental dream team at my local Fairfield mall. Dr. Cody Lin and his dental assistant take dental care to a high level. Dr. Lin thoroughly explains the dental work to be done, showing any X-rays taken. I get to see 'before and after' photographs of the tooth worked on, and 'before and after' x-rays, if those where required. Both Dr. Lin and his assistant were solicitous of my comfort throughout all the dental work I've had done.

I was able to get an appointment for a broken tooth right away. The staff were professional and pleasant. Dr. Lin was very nice and explained things in a way that I could make an informed decision concerning my tooth. I would recommend the Fairfield Village Dental Center for your dental needs.

I was treated with respect & kindness by the 4 people I interacted with. Jennifer at reception and then Kylie (Hope I got that right) got me in the treatment area & took xrays and photos and got the meeting with Dr. Cody set up. He was professional, courteous & thoroughly examined my teeth, took close up photos of my teeth and then discussed what he saw with me while showing me the photos he'd just taken & uploaded to a PC. Dr. Cody then asked me how I would prefer to schedule the dental repair work that he felt was needed. We agreed to do it a little at a time.My final contact was with the dental hygienist from Nanaimo (sorry I have forgotten your name; I'll remember it after our next session) Nanaimo" did a professional job with efficiency and friendliness.Jennifer at reception cleared up my lack of understanding about how things get billed to the insurer on my way out. Again friendly professionalism was used.So all in all a pretty good dental care visit.Thankyou all.Neil"

If you're looking for a dentist who is quietly highly competent, perfectionist, painless, and kind, Dr. Jason Yin is for you. I found him when he was on call for dental emergencies and he sorted out a couple of decades of neglect with great care and support.Bonus - unlike the flashier dentist who had let me wait with an infected molar until he could find the time to do the implants he had convinced me I needed, Dr. Yin and his colleagues won't push unnecessary treatments on you. I can't recommend this practise highly enough.

I had 10/10 experience today at the clinic. The receptionists were very kind and informative. I was so happy to meet my new family dentist, Dr. Cody. He was very thorough and gentle. It’s a pressure free environment which I like. His assistant was very interactive and cordial. I got my teeth scaled by Brooke. She is very precise, gentle and caring.The best dental appointment experience I could have ever had. I’m so glad I get to be their Client. Thank you Dr. Cody and team.
