We called and text Andy on multiple occasions to schedule a day and time for someone to come by our house to replace a couple broken plastic roof vent covers, each time he said he would call us to set up a day time to come out. We have not heard from him in over a month so we are going to hire another roofing company to repair our roof before the rain comes.
