Above and beyond service, best I've had in my life! I am so so grateful for everyone who works here for taking care of me and my vehicle!I had an alignment issue this summer while traveling across Canada that turned into a bigger issue leaving me to camp out for several days while waiting for parts to come in.Everyone was super friendly and kind and respectful, and the broken part was shown to me and explained clearly. It seemed everyone had a part in fixing my car, from the owner to both of the younger mechanics working there.Mike treated me like family and helped make sure I was comfortable and entertained in this sweet lil town. He did the best he could to get me the lowest price parts too. Seriously he is a gem of a human with such a big heart, I felt so lucky to have broken down here.I really look forward to going back one day for a visit to say hi and visit this wonderful heart-filled town again! Thank you OK Tire and the people of Bassano!

My uncle's transmission blew on the drive from BC to MB. The service from this team was exceptional. They were able to get their truck in right away, provided a courtesy vehicle, and efficiently completed the job under a tight deadline. Prices were fair, and the team was friendly and professional. Highly recommend this shop!

Had a random issue with our car while we were driving past Bassano. Pulled into this OK tire and Shaun helped us out and gave us great service. Got us back on the road in 20 minutes. Great & quick service!

We had a tire explode on our trailer..thankfully we had a spare but wanted to replace just in case. Mike was so great! So quick to help and had new rubber on our rim in 20 min!

Traveling home from Alberta to Manitoba our tire blew on the ‘68 Camaro that we were towing on the dolly. Nothing around and just after hours. Shaun at OK Tire in Bassano met us at the shop and not only had 2 tires and rims at a decent price for us but installed them and had us on our way in short order.

I unfortunately had a bad experience at another tire shop in Bassano and thought it was OK Tire.I originally gave OK tire a bad review because Google asked me how was my service. I didn't remember I did not get work done with OK Tire that day because they didn't have the commercial tire size I needed (245-70R17.5). Instead I had work done at the tire shop behind the Esso truck stop.OK Tire, I am sorry for the mistake.

Great experience with Mike at OK Tire today. He was able to get me in, on sudden notice, to do a wheel alignment and tire change over. He was super fast and super friendly. Thank you so much for the great service today. Roger

It's my go to tire shop, very good service, only thing that I didn't like is that they used a hammer and dented the rim of my f350 in order to take of the wheel

Stopped in after getting service at another ok tire. Fixed all my issues were very friendly and helpful! So close off the highway it was definitely worth stopping in for. 10/10 recommendation.

Just want to thank all the guys at OK Tire for helping me out of a sticky situation when I got a flat tire on my motorcycle, they took me in and got it patched in no time at all and I got home safely! Thank you so much!
