Purchased the car here and has been a loyal customer. Booked a service appointment 3 weeks before.t that time of the booking the calendar of whole week was all open. Took the 1st available - 7AM times slot on Monday and agreed to leave the car. Then I got a call telling me at the day of my appointment is full and the week is full, so I can only get service one week later? Come on...

2 days ago at 5 pm we had an appointment to ride and have information for leasing a Seltos with Mme. Magalie .We wasted our evening .No car .No reponsibility .

What started as an average customer experience ended with a very satisfied customer.Sai really makes the difference, he was patient and kept updating me on the progress for my Seltos EX 2023. I can honestly say his service was above and beyond expectation. I got my Seltos 2023 in a very decent laps of time given today's reality in the market and I am SUPER happy .....Next step, convincing the family we NEED a Carnival...and I know where I'll go.Thank you again to Sai and Kia Lasalle team.

First, KIA changed their logo last January, I guess they are making progress to have more market coverage, we can tell from their new design and new car models. I test drive both Seltos SUV and Sorento SUV, both are great designed with luxury interior. For the price wise, it’s affordable comparing the quality of other brands within the same range of price.Overall the staffs in KIA LaSalle are quite helpful and nice, they ranked No.1 in service satisfaction among all KIA dealerships in Quebec. I was surprised to see the negative reviews on Google maps, if any thing changes from my perspective, I’ll update this review.

I’m actually very generous giving 1 star. I had problems with my Kia Sorento about 5 months ago and they said it was the car remote starter system so they charged me 450$ to remove it plus the service time (I’m pretty sure the bill came up to 800$ at the end). 2 months later, the same problem all over again, they said it was the battery but my mechanic had just checked it so after talking to the mechanic at Kia they realized it was some part of the starter system that couldn’t recognize my key so they ordered the piece and said it would take 2-5 business days to get it, this was 1 month ago, they have no idea when I will get my car fixed and they won’t give me a curtesy car or anything for more than 24 hours, It’s the middle of winter in Montreal and I have 4 children..nicely done Kia, never thought something like this could happen at a reputable dealership. Very disappointed, if you’re planning on getting a car here go ANYWHERE else.

Worst dealership ever. Bad service and ask to pay for pieces on warrantly. Sales director is a very arrogant person and dont respect his clients.

The best delaership I have come across so far in montreal. There was some delay in the shipment due to holidays and snowstorms but my agent (Mr.Saiful Alam) was very cooperative and understanding during the process. Highly recommend them !

Bought my Forte Gt 2023 here. Amazed by their readiness got a car under 2 hours ready for me to pick it up. Never seen that in this market place.front counter great stuff you make a difference and sales persons listens to your needs. Great stuff.I would love to buy a new car from you guys again.10 out of 10.
