Well Nurtured

I am quite blown away by my experience with Mianda. I have been working with her over the past few months and it's been life changing.I didn't know what to expect going into this and it's been better than I could have even imagined. I have learned so much about my body, nutrition, working out, stress, life etc. I was living with pain and on antibiotics daily and with the help from her I haven't had to take any antibiotics since and no pain!Mianda not only has a ton of knowledge to share but she's a pleasure to work with. You can tell that she is really passionate with this work and that she really cares :)

Mianda has taught me so much about holistic nutrition. She is very knowledgeable in a way that is easy to understand, super helpful and her meal plans are very doable! I would definitely recommend working with Mianda if you’ve been wanting to get your health back to a good place without stress or judgement. Mianda’s energy is welcoming and nurturing. I can’t say enough about how she’s helped me with my own unique health needs, as I’ve tried other places like naturopaths and have not gotten resolved like I have with Well Nurtured.
