Delicious Vietnamese food with a focus on seafood. There are a number of recommended specials listed on a white board on the wall, which makes a useful guide to the best things on the menu.

Good spot for Vietnamese food on east south side of downtown. I had rare/well done beef pho and fresh shrimp roll. One thing to note is that they serve fish sauce instead of peanut sauce for fresh roll - hope this is changed. Server was really friendly and attentive.

For appetizer we tried the tiny clams with rice crackers. It was delicious, especially with sriracha. For main course we ordered the house specialty, bun cha ca (tumeric and dill fish with vermicelli). It was delicious as well and the mam tom (fermented shrimp paste) dipping sauce was diluted just right, not too salty or fishy smelling. The only criticisms are the vermicelli was a little dry, not enough dill and perhaps a little more onions would be nice.

First time at the Gerrard location. Same quality as the Queen East location but the menu is slightly different. Our server was very nice and we had a great time. Portion size is large and delicious.

Food was okay but the sauce for vermicelli was too bland. One of the waiter was too good & quite accommodating but our bad luck we got him after we ordered our food. Don’t forget to try their coffee with sweetened condensed milk which was amazing.

Small restaurant with big, yummy portions! Best part is that they can make a lot of their dishes vegan!! :)

Great Northern Vietnamese restaurant with an open style kitchen so you can really see them cook the meals if you're close enough. It smells great in here but kind of sticks to your clothes. Menu is a good amount of selection but prices are a little higher than your usual Vietnamese restaurants. I ordered the Hanoi-style grouper fillet with dill and shrimp paste and served with vermicelli. Very generous with the fillets and flavoured pretty well. Would've wanted more shrimp paste for a little bit of oomph. Service is quick and very efficient. Great place to go to when you need a quick and delicious meal

This unassuming neighbourhood hole in the wall" is arguably one of the best Vietnamese restos in the city. Casual dining

Been here multiple times over the years. This location has always had great and friendly service every single time I've been here. They have a lighter tasting pho broth but with all the fixings. They provided me with a delicious chilli oil upon request. One of my favourite dishes is the lotus root salad (goi ngo sen). It's light and sweet and always fresh.Recently we arrived as a group of 7 for lunch and were pleasantly greeted. They cooked the food quickly and our dishes didn't come out too staggered despite the large group.
