We had an amazing experience at this location - Tims Hortons Emerald Park. We enjoyed our foods, the grilled chicken wraps, chili, and donuts. Foods were served fast and hot. Staff are attentive, friendly, and cheerful. Kudos to the owner and all the staff! Keep it up! We will be back very soon :)

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience at this tim hortons. I know one person's complaints won't change the world, but I'd like others to know about my service. I went threw the drive-thru with a simple order of 3 drinks and a request to purchase hockey cards. They did not have my order on the screen nor did they repeat my order, now it wasn't busy but I felt rushed threw my order and payment. I noticed they didn't provide me with my hockey cards after i finished paying. I went inside to request them and I was told they didn't ring it in so I would have to pay full price. They agreed it was their fault but still, would not provide me with hockey cards at the price of drink purchase. Not a big deal right ? But then the worker ( no visible name tag) began to raise her voice and become defensive. At this point I left. I know it's not a big ticket item but I feel how they dealed with their own mistake was very upsetting. I will not be returning.

The staff at this shop are awesome! Great service! I couldn't get my app to redeem reward points, and the staff were very helpful. They opened another till for other customers, and took the time to help with my app. So very helpful!

Celebrating camp day not just reminds us of the fun in camping but also allows us to help others experience the spirit of camping. A celebration for a good cause. I am proud that i have been a part of tim hortons who continuously sponsor events like this to help the community. i will also support their events like this continuously even if I’m no longer part of the team☺️

You should Treat me like they do the guests on the commercials are treated... like I'm the most important guest.... start to focus on the front counter guests as much as the drive thru guests and speed of service, There is roughly 8 to 10 staff but only one person serving all counter orders and they get told they need to go faster as the drive thru staff watch the counter staff struggle if the drive thru is not busy they just focus on chatting and watching the counter get busier, this location seems to think that Tim Hortons is not a quick serve restaurant, I've never been less than 25 mins waiting for an order durning peak periods that should only take 3 to 5 mins max...

Tim Hortons conveniently located next to a gas bar...your all in one stop for road travel convenience!We stopped here for a quick snack and to use the washroom.This Tim Horton's seemed very new. Nice decor, new signage--never seen photos and signage in any other Tim Horton's. It was cute! They even seem to have a TV and semi secluded seating area.This is a big location with plenty of seating. Staff are friendly and all their food was stocked and available.Thank you.

I don't expect the greatest coffee from Tim Hortons but I sure as hell don't expect a majority of my sips to have coffee grounds or the bottom of my cup to look like a coffee filter, this is disgusting and you 100% just guaranteed that we won't be going back, there were multiple coffees ordered and even the one we expected to not be messed up (two milk, three sweetener) was messed up and had three sugar, the coffee was ordered that way because the person drinking it is diabetic.

All the staff treated me nicely during my visits. They were fast i got my order within 1 minutes even it was a big order. Thank you for making sure that i got everything i needed
