My wife and I bought our first condo with Dave’s help, but there was a catch … our condo is on Montreal! We did not speak French, but we found our dream home. We were struggling to find a mortgage broker in Montreal so a friend in Vancouver recommended Dave. He was very patient and was good at explaining things since me and my wife were first time home buyers and didn’t understand much of the terminology. It is a challenge to navigate buying a home, let alone buying a home in another province and language, and Dave found solutions to every bump we had along the way. We will not forget the day of our financing deadline when the bank had a miscommunication with my wife’s employment details, and Dave worked very hard and patiently, making phone call after phone call to clear up the situation. He is clearly very passionate in what he does. We are so grateful to Dave helping us buy our first home!
