Cole was suuuuuper helpful, very honest and totally clear on what he could and could not fix when we dropped the car off. We had some scratches, some deep, some not so deep, and he let us know what would be a problem. Cole offered advice and recommendations, but did not force any services on us. We picked up the car and it was beautiful!!! So shiny and clean :) Cole is very good at his job, 10/10 would definitely recommend. Thanks to Cole and reflective auto!!! We WILL be repeat customers.

I took my recently bought 2019 Genesis G70 here to get a paint correction and ceramic coating. The car is a gorgeous blue, but it was hard to fully enjoy as the clear coat and chrome were full of scratches, scuffs, and swirls from the previous owner. Cole did a very thorough job of fixing her up and making her like new again, even taking a bit more time than originally planned to really get that perfect glass look! Cole was very accommodating, professional, and communicative throughout the process. The value you get for the high attention to detail and experience is hard to beat, and I could not recommend Reflective Auto Detailing enough.

Before going into detail, I would like to say the ceramic coating of my vehicle was wonderful. The clear-coat was in bad shape and had many swirls and scuff marks. These were cleared up and the vehicle for the most part looked great.Now for the disappointment: when I first booked my appointment, I specifically pointed at the rear of my vehicle where I attempted to cover one scratch with a touch up pen and did a poor job. I asked if they could remove the touch up pen paint and fix the scratches on the bumper before applying the ceramic coating and also touch up a few rock chips on the hood. I was assured this would be taken care of and was told I have a paint guy that can match it".After picking up the vehicle

I had the Optimum Coating applied to my wife's 2010 Acura CSX: Cole Hepburn and associates did a fantastic job applying the product and detailing the car. It now looks better then new! I have had the product on the car for a month and it continues to bead the water and snow and ice don't stick to the finish. I went to number of detailing guys for getting my car ceramic coated but found the best price and quality of work at this shop. Cole is Certified deatiler and I like him treating his customer’s car as his own car. He will try to go deep with detailing and will fix the dings and paint defects that even you didn’t notice. Cole won’t mind you coming back to get anything done if you are not satisfied (which rarely happens).This is the kind of guys I was looking for to work on my car. Thanks for making my car look better than ever !!
