Stopped in for a quick top off to get me through the week. Was a bit leery to do so as I’ve been at other locations in the past and had a less than pleasant experience. All of that anxiety went out the window when I was greeted by Olivia. Excellent customer service, very pleasant demeanour and went out of her way to be personable with me. Scamming young women by lying about when they will take payment leaving her and her 3 y/o girl struggling before Christmas. Sleazy company won't even let her talk to head office after promises about the date they will be taking the money leaving her in the negatives unsure how to even get gas to get to work for a week. Shame on your company!
