They take their time during your appointment and I love the fact they focus on you and your needs. They really listen and have your best interests at heart! I have been a bridesmaid many times and I make a point to purchase my dresses from Punta Chiara each and every time!

If you are looking for your dream dress, this is definitely the place to go! Their collection is beautiful! Toni and her team are so well organized, patient and friendly. They really take the time to help you find your perfect dress and are not at all pushy. I had a great experience finding my wedding dress here. Thank you Toni for making it so easy and fun!! I had the BEST experience at Punta Chiara. I've been on St-Hubert to look for dresses and honestly was fed up after trying on the 3rd dress. When I came to Punta Chiara the experience was exceptional. They made me feel very comfortable and listen too, their positive attitude made me want to try on dresses. They worked as a team to make sure I find the ONE to say YES too. The team is phenomenal, makes you feel at ease and never made me feel like I was pushed to get a dress. This was the first, and only, store I went to for my wedding dress. Toni is fantastic! She really understands what a bride wants and really takes the time to serve you personally! The rest of the staff is also super nice! The atmospheres is by far the best! You have a private space so the trial and fittings are quiet and stress free!I was worried about when my dress was going to arrive and Toni was really understanding and talked to me for a longtime to ease my mind. I wouldn’t have picked anywhere else!

I can not express enough how grateful I am to Toni and her team for helping me find my dream dress! I never expected to find a dress so perfect for me, but Toni was very patient and listened to all my needs and knew right away exactly what would be perfect for me. Even despite the ongoing pandemic she made me feel comfortable and safe dress shopping and took all the necessary precautions and most importantly made me feel beautiful (even with a mask on!) I urge any bride who's tired of pushy sales people or stressful experiences to look no further than this shop. I’m not a girl who loves to shop. Going into the wedding dress shopping experience, I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Patricia made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Her knowledge and experience help me pick a dress that I’m in love with! My crew was able to relax in a private room while I was able to try on several dresses in a private, intimate setting. The dresses at this boutique are gorgeous! Such a fabulous experience!

I had such an amazing experience at Punta Chiara. Upon walking in the boutique for my very first appointment to try on bridal gowns, Toni and her staff made my mom and me feel right at home (the boutique is literally in a house and has such a homey vibe!). Outside the dressing room were a selection of gowns that Toni pulled for me based on the information I emailed her prior to the appointment, and boy oh boy was she spot on! Toni was wonderful throughout the entire appointment; her experience, demeanor and positive attitude are enough to relax any client and ensure a positive experience. So I have been a bridesmaid I believe 5 times, with the experience of going to many dress shops and I am telling you not just giving them 5 stars as because I found my perfect dress. You can check my reviews , I am honest on service. This is the first time I have been in any kind of store where I wouldn’t change a thing! The service, the friendliness, the passion, the positive conversations and female body empowerment is exactly how you want to spend your day! There was not one discuss that I need to lose weight, or negative comments of budget. They were so prepared ahead of time that every single dress was something I liked. You will not be rushed to make a decision either! I was with Patricia and she was absolutely wonderful! I read a lot of customer service books per year and let me tell you she gets it!!! Thank you everyone at the store for creating such a beautiful atmosphere!

I had a great experience at Punta Chiara. Nadia and all the staff were absolutely amazing. They were very knowledgable on the dresses they had and the style I was going for. Before my appointment they wanted me to email them my top 6 favorite dresses on their website. They suggested looking at 2 designers based on information about my venue. And I was able to try some on they had in stock and others that they thought I would like. They knew exactly what my style was and gave me multiple options. Everything was absolutely great and I am so glad I foundy dress!! I would definitely recommend them.
