Ron at MedPro is amazing. Professional, informative, supportive, empathetic. From my first oxygen support home visit, Ron has provided attentive care over and above what is required and expected. He has been responsive , easy to communicate with and has given me support during what is a very stressful time. I have appreciated that twice, he has made himself available on his day off. Service like Ron provides is rare today; I hope his boss sees this and gives the guy a raise!! He deserves it!

Finding out I had a problem with sleep apnea was scary and deeply concerning. However my Respiratory Therapist at MedPro Victoria, Jane Stewart, understood my concerns and helped me every step of the way to transition into using a CPAP device to treat this disorder. She was patient in answering my questions and in explaining the proper use of the equipment I purchased from MedPro. I can’t say enough about her coaching, support and encouragement as I adapted to this technology. I’m sleeping much better and have more energy.

After being more or less forced to use the worst it is such a pleasant experience to deal with the BEST. I can't begin to say the relief I felt in dealing with MedPro. No 3 to 6 months of no contact or order placed but a few days. No snarling or talking down to me. I was treated with respect and friendliness. They actually valued me. I only wish I good give 10 stars instead of the 5 google allows me.

Arrived last night from San Jose, CA. I realized that I forgot to pack my adapter cord for my C-PAP. Because of my forgetfulness I spent a sleepless night my first night in Victoria. I called MedPro and explained my situation. I was told that they had one cord left for $50. I got to their office within twenty minutes. Long story short, I was given the cord by very pleasant, courteous, friendly staff. I would highly recommend MedPro for your C-PAP needs.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and especially patient. This therapy can be quite difficult to adapt to and they are extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. I never write reviews but I am happy to for MedPro Victoria. Thank you again to their kind and dedicated team of professionals.

Can’t imagine anyone who wants a CPAP machine as part of their lives, but if you do need one, these folks are terrific. Lots of follow up to make one feel good that someone cares how it’s all working. Pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff. They make an otherwise sketchy situation very very bearable.
