We had a complete remodel of a condo apartment. This included everything: a complete gut to start, kitchen and 2 bathrooms, walls painting, ceiling skimming, complete overall of the electrical including puck spotlights and USB/ remote switches, plumbing for bathrooms, kitchen and new laundry room, tiling (bathrooms and kitchen), new closets, customized carpentry jobs (office, locker, laundry), custom-made heating/AC enclosures, kitchen installation, ceiling fans, balcony outlets and painting, vents and exhaust fans replacement, etc.The list goes on!Ty was very responsive, had excellent insights, was on top of everything, made sure issues were corrected, and beside his own team, hired people to complete our reno with special mentions to the carpenters, the floor and kitchen installers, countertops, the electrician, the tiler and the building painters (last four absolutely exceptional!).Knowing how challenging renovation in an apartment building can be, and may have forgotten some but you’ve got the drift: we are very happy with the work Ty and his people achieved for us and will recommend them any time!

We used Ty and Nickel General Contracting for a main floor renovation. Ty and his team are very unprofessional in billing and accounting. No idea what bills were for what. Notes scribbled on post it notes with no accounting to back it up. Lead to so much frustration. Would not use.

We hired Nickel General Contracting to construct a privacy fence in our back yard. He did an immaculate job, and took the time to do finishing touches to make the aesthetic appeal flawless. Very happy with the work.
