I needed some special Parts in the plumbing department, I wasn't sure if what I needed, and I was helped by a young man whose name is Laurent. He was very helpful and knowledgeable I made my purchase that much easier for me!

We needed to replace a balcony railing. We headed to Patrick Morin. We were served by Dominique. She was fantastic. A real project manager ! She gave us all the time and advice necessary. What to use what not to use. Such a connaisseur with excellent customer service. You made our day Dominique !!!! If you are headed there don't hesitate she has great knowledge. She is a gem for Patrick Morin. My mom commented that is what I love form Patrick Morin, they have knowledgeable employees.

I love to buy renovation materials here.Add some comments today, the service is always 5 star.I am a frequent PM client, almost go to PM every weekend. I always got help from their staff, I was really satisfied with their services and help. They are professional, efficient and polite. Yesterday afternoon, around 17h right before store closes, I went to pick up a bag of concrete sand mix. Their staff in Materials dept. asked me proactively how can he help, and he led me to the shelf, picked a bag for me and put it into my cart, with the barcode facing up for casher can scan it easily. Then after I paid, the boy who led clients to the exit, initiatively ask me if I need help to put the bag into my car, because it's really heavy (50 lbs). Wow! From the beginning till I get the bag back home, I did not even need to touch the bag! I was really impressed by their staff's amazing service, thank them a lot!

Amazing customer service which makes the shopping experience enjoyable. I went to have a copy of a key made yesterday and was curious as to how exactly it is done. The lady allowed me to come behind the counter and showed me how the machine works, explained every step and why... It was a good learning experience and I will definately be returning in the future.

First time visit Patric Morin had a great experience prices are mind blowing compare to all other stores like homeward or Canadiantire etc. You can see in pictures they has alot of Liquidations and holidays prices.

Friendly staff, gardening section is great, good variety of products, pool testing leaves to be desired
