Called Rhino Plumbing this morning to see if they could help with our furnace in our new house we just purchased. I explained what was happening. Ryan as able to swing over to examine the furnace very quickly while on his way to another job. They found the issue, Ryan & Ethen returned later in the day and fixed the furnace! Both Ryan & Ethen were very polite and professional! 10/10 would definitely recommend. Will not hesitate to use Ryan for future repairs/service

We have had Rhino plumbing over to fix leaks in the notre dame apartment building. Every time he comes over its professional an the job is done right an on time. I recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

Arrived home to a very cold house, I immediately checked my pilot light and it was out. Three months earlier I had work done on my furnace by a different local company. At that time the pilot light assembly had been changed from a knob to a switch assembly. I had no idea how this worked, so I called Rhino plumbing and talked to Ryan. He was on his way into a meeting but took the time to explain to me what to do. He had to get into his meeting but let me know that if I didn't get it going to call him after his meeting and he would stop by my house on his way home. Thanks to Ryan's step by step instructions, I was able to get it going! He was very patient with me and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely be using him in the future for any plumbing or heating needs that arise.

Ryan was amazing. He was recommended to me because I was trying to take out and replace my kitchen faucet. I phoned him and he tried talking me through it over the phone because he was booked and was unable to come in person. I was incredibly frustrated and couldn’t get the job done, and Ryan finished up his other install and came to my rescue. He was quick and efficient and very professional. I immediately felt comfortable and knew I was getting quality work. While he was here he also treated my bathroom sink and tub as they were clogged up!I would recommend Ryan to anybody!!!!

Called to set up an appointment to troubleshoot my hot water heater issues. They were able to walk me through fixing the problem over the phone, would highly recommend them and will be my first call when I replace my hot water heater in the coming months.

Ryan responded on a Friday night and had a new hot water tank installed the next Morning. Quote was given immediately and invoice sent promptly. Even improved shut off for us free of charge. Definitely recommend.

My furnace decided it was done working on Saturday. Ryan was professional and kindly walked me through a couple of checks over the phone to see if it was something I could fix myself rather than spend money. Alas, I needed my furnace replaced. We got it to limp along until he arrived on Tuesday. Again, he was professional, answered all of my questions, and the new system works wonderfully!Will be returning in the future for all my heating/cooling needs.

Ryan replaced our leaking T&P valve, installed an expansion tank and even corrected bad installation piping we had from Reliance on our hot water tank. Ryan is very knowledgeable and great at helping a homeowner understand issues and proper mitigations. Highly recommend!
