Looking around to possibly buy a e-bike today, checked out a few places and just wow, friendly and knowledgeable staff. great advice about storing e-bikes in the climate of Vancouver Island. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Could not be happier to have something like this so close to home. Going into a store that has staff that are not only knowledgeable about their products, but also extremely passionate about the sport itself.I like that I can walk in there with the limited amount of knowledge and experience that I have, and be welcomed without judgement. What can I say but wow!! I’m no expert with bikes and Chris & Norm can care less of anyone’s level of expertise, they are just there to help anyone feel extremely comfortable and make sure they pick the right bike for what they need and on budget. I went there to buy a commuter bike and had an idea of what I wanted but after talking to the guys there, they made me think of other stuff I didn’t think of, and ended up choosing an e-bike that worked better for my situation. Now 7 months later (I apologize for the late review guys), I absolutely love my bike and it was definitely the right choice and was on budget. Fuca Cycles you are truly awesome and you have me as a customer for life.

The best experience I've ever had at a bike shop. The people of Fuca Cycles showed me immense kindness as I came by with a broken derailer that threatened to cut my journey from victoria short. Got my bike repaired in only two days even though they're super busy and did a great job. Really great since I need by bike for my daily commute. I told them I thought the brake pads might need to be replaced, but they just adjusted them and said they still have plenty of life in them, which was a pleasant surprise. Also, these guys won't add any additional charges without calling you first which is excellent. After tax I think I paid $62.99 for my basic tune up which is very reasonable. Thank you guys!Update 8 months later: still very pleased with these guys, Chris and co. are great. Honest, asked for my budget, gave me options and a timeline for a simple fix. Thanks again!

Went in today to fix an issue with my paddle from my 120 paddle drive. Even tho they busy they stopped what they were busy with at the time and fixed me up awesome guys thank you

The service here is exceptional. The whole team was so helpful, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They helped our son find a bike suitable for his budget and biking goals. Highly recommend them.

Norm serviced my bike last week, and it feels like I'm riding a brand new bike now. All four members of my family have had reason to do business with Fuca Cycle over the past few months and everyone has been happy with the service received. A great bike shop next to Sooke Oceanside Brewery - what more could you ask for?
