I recently bought a home and Royal LePage was the sellers agent. They made the whole experience so stressful it was unbelievable. I would definitely not recommend hiring them as your agency

Worked here for 6 months. Management is rude and disrespectful. After having the hiring manager fired (which had hired me and my other new colleagues as well) no one was informed and a previous manager came in to fill her place. Negative environment bashing the previous assistant manager and no sense of professionalism. No clarity on procedures that were taught in training and I got written up for doing what I was taught to do. No heads up about being written up either. Unprofessional management led me to roles which were out of my job description including having to go to another office 45 mins from my home and having to take shifts on days I had class, which was stressful. Vaughan office assistant manager Lili is rude and really needs to figure out how to communicate with people. After talking to my previous colleague I realized this isn’t the first time she did this.

This agency is terrible. I called them 4 times in a matter of a month to contact a realtor and was told they contacted him about a property and never got a call. I’m not sure if it’s the agency itself or the realtor which is named Enzo maraventano who has no professionalism at all. Don’t use them.

I have been a front desk administrator for over 11 years at Royal LePage Your Community Realty. This business has allowed me to grow as a person and as a professional. I started with this company in my early 20s and it has played an important part of my life journey as I graduated with honours, obtained a teachers degree and completed my Masters in Education. I am now a full-time elementary school teacher and I still choose to work for this company because of the amazing staff who have helped shape my life.My accomplishments during the most pivotal years of my life would not have been possible without the support of the incredible management staff at RLP YCR. The management staff, especially Lili Gagliardi and Justin Risi, have always been considerate, compassionate and understanding. They have always been my greatest advocates, both through my hardships and triumphs. Lili Gagliardi is genuinely one of the most loving, caring, professional and intelligent people I know. After all these years, she continues to be my role model who I look to for guidance and mentorship. Lili is an integral part of my support system and has consistently contributed to the events of success throughout my life. She is positive, goal driven, hard working, compassionate and the true definition of a mentor. I have learned, and continue to learn, so much from her.At RLP YCR we are a family and support one another. We help each other in times of need because not only are we genuine people who care about others, but also because is it a key component of effective teamwork. When I walk into the office, the passion and drive of the staff is contagious, which truly makes it easy to love my job even after all these years. This incredible staff is a team of multi-talented and warm hearted individuals who I am proud to call my colleagues. Thank you to Vivian Risi, the Broker of Record, Justin Risi, Broker Manager, & to Lili Gagliardi, Assistant Manager, for 11+ incredible years.
