Where do I even begin? Carley is absolutely amazing, as a person/friend and also as a professional photographer! After meeting her and clicking instantly, we knew we wanted her to capture our big day. I believe we even hired her before booking our venue, we were sold! And boy, did we ever make the right decision. She first captured our engagement photos and made us feel so comfortable and had us laughing immediately. The photos turned out incredibly! Next came covid, and with cancelled dates, new venues, back to old venues, new dates, and another new date, Carley was cool, calm and collected throughout. She was so great at responding in a timely manner or even providing us with options/availability before we asked. Then came our wedding and it felt like a dear friend was capturing our photos, and it showed in the end result! Our photos are absolutely amazing and I will cherish them forever. We have had so many compliments on her work and how she captured our chemistry in each and every photo. I can't recommend this girl enough! We have already booked her in for a maternity and newborn photo shoot and excited to share these moments with her!

This review is super late mostly because it’s hard to compose my thoughts of how amazing Carley is. From the moment we met her we loved her - she’s effortlessly cool and chill, but also on the ball, organized and professional. We were nervous for our engagement photos as neither of us had ever had professional photos taken before - her personality is so fun and she made us feel at ease right away. We had the best time shooting with her and stayed until after dark, laughing away both at her jokes and her excited squeals of joy from behind the camera.Throughout the process she was so quick and helpful through email - we never worried about anything with her.On the day her smiley face was a calming presence. She seamlessly fit in and captured all the best moments as we got ready. I felt stressed as we ended up being late leaving the hotel and Carley was the one person I texted and she instantly made me feel less panicked. Despite being behind schedule she rolled with the punches, worked her magic, and somehow we ended up being back on schedule and stepped into cocktail hour right on time! Her photos are so beautiful - we adore how she candidly captured all of our friends and family the most. There’s so much love in every photo, with bright vivid colours and perfect composition. We are still so thrilled that we hired Carley as our wedding photographer and will treasure her photos always!

Carley was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her down-to-earth personality and easy going attitude did wonders to keep everyone feeling relaxed, and in turn created some wonderful, natural pictures. She was genuinely excited to be part of our day and responded quickly to emails in the planning stage. We've had so many compliments on our wedding photos, particularly on how she was able to capture movement and light, and the little moments that occurred throughout the day. I seriously cannot recommend Carley enough. If you want a true professional to take care of pictures on your big day, Carley is one of the best.

We were married in September in a very intimate ceremony in Ottawa before our larger one in Ireland. We found Carley online and were immediately attracted to her beautiful photos. We did not anticipate how absolutely lovely Carley would be when we met her in person on our wedding day. From the moment we said hello I knew Carley was more than our wedding photographer. She was the perfect person to capture our day with heart, laughter and a complete understanding that our love of family was what this ceremony was all about. She put us immediately at ease and we were laughing within minutes. We so thoroughly enjoyed the time we had alone together taking pictures in our favourite spots in Ottawa. The photos she captured of the ceremony itself were brilliant and we will cherish them always. Our day was one we will remember forever - we couldn't have asked for more - and now we can look back on it stunned and so grateful by how perfectly Carley documented our special day. Carley is absolutely AMAZING. She photographed our proposal back in the winter and then our wedding this fall as well. She captured the perfect blend of candid and posed photos for both! Not only are her photos amazing she sent us highlight photos within days and our full galleries in just a few weeks. We are obsessed with every single photo she has taken for us and can't wait to work with her in the future as well! Honestly cannot recommend her enough

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We hired Carley for our wedding and she did such an amazing job. We LOVED the photos and she was so easy to work with. We did an engagement shoot with her a couple months before the wedding as well (which I would highly recommend doing). Carley made the whole process so easy and fun, we were so glad to have her. I would recommend Carley to anyone looking for a professional photographer they can rely on for their big day!!

Where to start! Carley is fantastic. We clicked from our first meeting, she is warm, friendly and professional and answered all of my many questions with good humour. We knew from that meeting that she would be perfect. We shot our engagement photos as the pandemic restrictions were just lifting last June and she kept us in the loop about whether our scheduled date was going ahead, it did. As two people who had never had their photos taken she made us feel comfortable and had us laughing immediately and the photos were FANTASTIC, they exceeded our expectations tenfold. We ended up having to postpone our wedding date and she was so responsive and provided us with multiple new date options the same day I informed her of our decision. She was cool, calm and collected throughout everything and made everyone feel so comfortable on the day. It felt like our friend was coming to take our photos. Our families were even impressed! And wow our wedding photos are beautiful we can’t believe that they are pictures of us! We can’t wait to have her capture more of our special moments in the future and truly feel like she is our friend. If you are on the fence, hop off, you absolutely will not regret it!

We booked Carley for our engagement photos/wedding day photos after seeing the beautiful pictures from our friends engagement session that Carley captured. This was the easiest and best decision we could make. After meeting Carely, I knew that her calming/go with the flow personality and confidence was exactly what we would need on our wedding day.Leading up to the wedding, Carley was extremely responsive, and full of suggestions for our wedding photography locations, and was very open to our suggestions as well. She was also very organized and knowledgeable regarding timelines and knowing exactly how much time was needed for each part of the day.On the day of, Carley and our second shooter Mary Calotes arrived on time and were very organized. They captured so many beautiful candids and in the moment pictures, but were also great at making sure we got our traditional pictures with the bridal party and our family. As our family is large, Carley was organized and had a list all of the family members and all the photo combinations we needed.We are so happy with all our wedding pictures and will cherish them for years to come!
