Tesla Supercharger

Great location for a supercharger , plug the car in and it's a short walk into the mall and then to the food court. With the new software release I am now getting over 120 kw charging rates.

Difficult to find as there are little green signs sending you to another charging station. Telsa charger is in 2A. Our map said there was only 1 spot left but there was only 1 being used.

Was simple and easy when you have an account. Last 10% is the worst, lol. Approximately one hour and 1/4. Good thing it's at a mall. Southgate Mall.

Location is awkward! Lol! When you go up the ramp, turn right. Then there is another little green sign. If you follow that sign to the left, you get a generic charger. So instead go right, and you will see all the super chargers! Hope that helps!

Location is great with lots of amenities and shops to visit while charging. A month ago, was charging at 130kW. More recently, last 3 times charging averaging between 50-70kW. Not sure if it's related to the mall throttling the speed or if it's related to software update for my model S. Hopefully, this speed drop off is temporary.

Go up the ramp, turn right, turn right again and look for 2A. Chargers will be on the right side.

Man this location is odd. Such a big mall with so many easier to access options and they stuck this on the 2nd floor in a corner where no one would care to look. For someone who is not from around here, this is not easy to find and the signage is pretty bad as well. I saw a green EV and Tesla charging sign eventually and followed it only to find out that it only leads to the generic EV chargers. The Tesla chargers are literally the opposite direction of the sign. I had to flag down a security van driving around to point me in the right direction! Definitely could be put in a different location. But now you know. Pics should tell you where it's located!

Superchargers work well, 8 Chargers up to 150kw. Location of the superchargers isn't ideal. Amenities and restrooms are located in the mall, which is a bit of a walk and only open during regular mall hours. Since the chargers are 24/7 there are lots of times another stop would be needed (when the mall is closed) with little to do while waiting for the charge to complete.

Top location. A bit hard to find. Drive up the ramp, double right, and then straight and you find it on your right side. Speed was ok. Edmonton needs just more superchargers on the ring road!

Good - all the chargers were working well (June 2022). Bad - the signage for the Tesla superchargers is very bad. There are only 2-3 small green EV/tesla charging signs as you circle the mall
