I highly recommend Caralyn and Dave at Riverbend Planters! What amazing owners who embodied fantastic customer service from start to finish. Caralyn was so patient with all of my questions (I think we exchanged over forty emails!) and was never once short or impatient with me, always so lovely. And Dave was fantastic to meet! The quality of the workmanship is apparent upon first glance, as is the pride of ownership by Dave. They were able to give me great tips for the upkeep, for which I am forever grateful for! I would highly recommend this local company, and I would definitely purchase again from Riverbend Planters for any future projects!

We ordered the biggest version of the model we got they had built to date. We are very happy with it. The quality is great, the install went very smoothly. Would recommend.

I am old enough to remember when old school quality had meaning, a rare commodity these days. Well Dave and Caralyn might be young but what you'll get is old school craftsmanship from Dave and friendly informative help from Caralyn. There planters are solid and very good looking with the trellis. Delivery was flawless with the added bonus of meeting Dave.

Caralyn and Dave are the ultimate pair and so incredible to work with. From the very beginning, they were super responsive and helpful with all my questions and worked meticulously on every step of the process to make my vision come true. I came to them with a tall order as well! I needed a very specific custom build to fit on a balcony, and they were totally up to the challenge.Caralyn was always available to set up meetings, forward designs, and discuss quotes and schedules, and Dave was the ultimate builder; he was precise and flawless in coming up with a unique product to fit my very particular needs. He’s also even more of a gem in person! On the day of delivery, he spent a whole Saturday afternoon putting everything together, and you could tell that he put a lot of pride into the work – the end result was so beautiful!I would definitely recommend their company to anyone looking to add the highest level of care and dedication to their project.
