All i can say is I am disappointed by the lack of communication from this business. My boyfriend reached out for a quote and after several days of waiting, we have yet to hear back from them. As a potential customer, we expected a timely response and we are disappointed in the lack of follow-through. I understand that businesses can be busy, but it is important to prioritize customer service. Unfortunately, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
