Although the gentleman was very nice... This place is extremely overpriced!! $120 to notarize 2 pieces of ID. Many other will do the job for under $50. Stay clear if you want to save your $$

I was very happy to learn I did not have to travel into Langley to see Mr. Cazacu. He was very accommodating by seeing me there instead of his Langley office. The folks there were very courteous to me and I did not have to wait long.I found myself in need of some legal advice recently, and was recommended to see this company. My first experience for the consultation was all I expected. I left feeling completely confident to go ahead with plans that needed to be done. Subsequently, I also had my personal documents updated to British Columbia standards, as we had moved from Ontario a few years ago. Very professional, knowledgeable, and flexible hours. He can book appointments as late as 6:30, as he lives in Aldergrove and can accommodate late appointments.
