This location has been wonderful for all of our insurance needs. It’s definitely not the cheapest but I feel like we are the most protected with them. They pointed out a ton of loop holes in our previous insurance providers policies such as if a tree crashes through your roof and causes a pipe to burst we wouldn’t have been covered even though we had water damage coverage. I highly recommend you bring your current policy over to them to at least compare prices and make sure you are properly covered.

Disappointed.. I used to recommend BCAA but I can't do that anymore. I had two cars insured with them for years. I had one at-fault accident, and they conveniently neglected to send me my normal renewal email. Once I realized that my coverage lapsed by 2 or 3 days, I called them immediately. Because coverage lapsed and I had this accident on my driving history, coverage was denied (so much for the free accident forgiveness that they advertise).For every other renewal, I've received a reminder email. This wasn't a coincidence. I'm convinced they don't send reminder e-mails if you have had an at-fault accident.Once my coverage for the other car ends, I'll be leaving BCAA and cancelling my membership.

I went here to renew my car insurance, but I could have done it on the phone if I hadn’t left it to the last moment. As far as insurance shops go, it was fine, they take your money and give you peace of mind. Customer service was polite and thanks to covid they don’t serve coffee and hot chocolate any more. :)

Went there to purchase travel insurance. After length wait,got a rep with a surly attitude. She was lecturous & condencending. We got into into several non productive arguments,and soon as I became aware of her poor personable skills, i got up n left. Will Never ever go back!!!One star is not even worthy of their establishment

Super helpful for me today. Employees noticed how sick and disabled I am, and they helped make my required stop in go as quick and smooth as possible. The host w the broken arm was clearly helping to make the visit quick and correct. Very much appreciated her assistance to get into my appointment. The insurance agent was great too. Same day appointment too!Thank you for helping quickly, and efficiently.

Not being served without on appointment is ridiculous, when I see employees helping no one. Have I paid membership fees for this type of service? Then to try to get my car insurance online to be told that I am number 47 and would I like a call back. They have made it very difficult for working people to get their insurance and is not worth any discount they give. I don’t believe I will be renewing my ‘membership’.

Always loved the roadside service, was convinced to switch to private auto ins from them, sub par at best.All services are out of Ontario and there is only one person that handles ins claims for all of BC, i was lucky to get the week and a half they were on holidays, almost a month to settle a claim.Then the knowledge and understanding on how to close a claim, took 3 trips, id get home and they would call say oops we missed something, need one more signature, now i just found out ive been charged for ins for 2 months now.Thats a 4th trip across town to close my accident claim.Ill update if they mess the next time upHey bcaa, thats like $30 on gas, i hope you fix this.They truly dont have any idea how to close an accident claim5 visits now and i just got asked if its under another name, fix this horrible outlet please, ill never come to this location again.Oh sorry, just got a letter from icbc that paperwork wasn't handled correctly, there will now be a 6th visit.Can we say dysfunctional at this point.Definitely not professional.
