Customer service was excellent! Quoted us for a new septic tank as our old one was collapsing; we were charged exactly what was quoted. Work was done carefully and quickly, and they went above and beyond to return a month later to level out the yard after the ground settled. Very happy with their price and workmanship. Would definitely recommend and will certainly do business with again if it's needed someday.

Excellent service and quick to respond to a emergency situation. Woke up to a full septic tank this morning and the awesome people at Busschers were able to get me an emergency appointment to get my tank pump that same day. Everyone was great and easy to work with and they did an excellent job! Highly recommend them!

We have used them several times over the years to pump our septic tank. They are on time, professional, and competitively priced. However, the condition of your yard when they are finished is a hit or miss. Some years you can't tell they were even there, and some years you end up with a relatively large dirt patch where they dug up your yard. I will continue to use them but I hope by the next time we need them, they bring ways to make your yard look the way it did before they came. That's the only reason I didn't give them five stars.

Thank you Busschers! We had an emergency and while two other places would not come out for a month, you showed up in less than 20 minutes! We can't thank you enough! AND also, thank you for not lecturing us about how often we should clean our tank. Turns out, that wasn't the main problem and who knew that you could help us with that too!
