I highly recommend Lucy and her 8 week program. There is so much more to this program than I ever imagined. Lucy sets you up for success. I was nervous about the nutrition component of the program at the star, but I couldn't be more pleased with it. I love that I don't have to cut any of the food that I love - which makes it feel really sustainable. The Dunnebells community is made up of incredible women who are there for you every step of the way. Lucy is a wonderful coach and an exceptional person. I'm so proud of my progress, both body and mind, and am so happy to be in this program.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Dunnebelles and Lucy! The workouts are so so SO so good. They are challenging without being so difficult that you feel discouraged. Instead, they’re perfectly tailored so that once completed you feel empowered, proud and excited for the next one! The nutritional aspect of the program excellent as well and it is so incredibly informative. It is truly life changing! I feel stronger and have more energy than I have had in years. It’s the best feeling!! The support, encouragement and knowledge that I have received and learned from Lucy is second to none and I look forward to doing her 8 week program many more times!

I have just completed the 8 week program with Dunnebells and I could not be more pleased with the program and my results, both physically and mentally. For months I was feeling down, insecure, and like I had truly lost who I was. After following Lucy for quite some time I decided to reach out and take the plunge. This was the best decision I have ever made. I have never felt more supported, challenged, and celebrated as I have in these past 8 weeks. I have done many work out and diet programs in the past and let me be very clear, this is not those! This is not your average program and it is definitely not a diet program. This was 8 weeks to reset and give me my life back, and for that I will be forever thankful. Lucy listens to your wants and concerns and works them into the program in a way that is so challenging yet so rewarding. She is a magician! This journey is just beginning for me and when presented with the opportunity to continue to work with Lucy I did not even hesitate and signed up for a year. Lucy believed in me, more than I believed in myself, and together we were able to accomplish some amazing things. If I feel this great after 8 weeks, I cannot wait to see where I am in 12 months! Thank you Lucy, for all you do, all your support, and for providing me with the space to succeed!

This program has helped me to build better habits and prioritize working out. I love that all the workouts can be done at home and are short but very effective. I also love that Lucy focuses on mental health and building community. It's a holistic approach I have never seen anywhere else, and is the main reason I have been able to stick with this program when many others haven't worked for me.

I started with Dunnebells back in March for the 8-week program. I ended up loving it more than I thought I would, so committed to doing a full year with the program. What I love most about this program is the Dunnebells community. It’s so supportive and very much about body positivity. I also love that it’s not just about exercising, it’s about refocusing and shifting your daily habits to work for you and changing your mindset. It also helps you enjoy the foods you like, but not overdoing it. Dunnebells guides you through tracking your macros and learning what your body actually needs on the daily to properly function and give you the energy you need. I highly recommend giving them a try.

What can I say? Lucy is just one of the most wonderful human beings on the planet. She is single handedly changing my relationship with food and fitness, and helping me reach my goals along the way. Since starting Dunnebells, I've started enjoying working out, loving eating a healthy balanced diet and also achieving some of my weight loss goals. I can confidently say that Lucy truly cares - she's there to cheer you on when you succeed, and console and motivate you when you're in a slump. I'm also making wonderful friends through the Dunnebells community, it's second to none! You must sign up - whether it's for an 8 week challenge or monthly coaching - do it for yourself!

I joined the Dunnebells program for 9 months. Lucy has wonderful way of encouraging motivation and maintains a healthy Dunnebells community. So if you’re looking to build a program and have someone hold you accountable, it’s a great start! Overall I gained a good understanding of working out, and enjoyed her wholistic approach to fitness and nutrition. Lots of great gems to get you started!

8 weeks in, and I’m a completely different person than when I started. With Lucy’s help, I have been able to transform my mindset to something polar opposite to where I began. Lucy is amazing at what she does. I reached out not really knowing what to expect and I did have hesitancies. Lucy eased me into everything, helping me grow into the human I am today. I now want to engage, get active, and am also thinking about food as fuel which is massive. I can’t recommend Lucy enough if you’re looking to get on the right track when it comes to health and well being. She is caring, kind, thoughtful, extremely knowledgeable and happy to help. Lucy is an expert in this field and I can’t wait to continue on with her to work towards an even better version of myself.

The Dunnebells 8 week program is amazing, better than I had expected. The app works well, the nutrition (macro based) and workouts that Lucy creates are customized and really work well. The whole program is holistic and based on neuroscience, science, and mental and physical wellness. It's a great program to reset habits, refocus on you, and get motivation and accountability nudges on a daily basis.
