Horrendous customer service over the phone. I called to try and get a price on a rental and was immediarely put on hold before I could say one word. 5 minutes later someone comes back and asks what i want and i get half way through my sentence and he says 'I gotta put you on hold

Best service for small engine repair. Staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. These guys are no strangers to the trades! They have done the work themselves and know the right tool for the right job. They are awesome!!

There is good service and bad service, I am sure we all have had our share of this, and of course some folks like to complain like there is a reward for it... Was amazing today! He was just one man working the till, fixing chain saws and working with customers! the line ups were long but everyone was happy today. Very Helpful in the Ice storm 2017! My chain saw works great! Thank you! Here is a pic of the devastation in my back year I have to clear.

Iv been dealing with the boys at Cooper for 15 years there like family to tell you the truth I like some of them better than a few of my family members any how I would trust Cooper with any fix every rental has gone on without a hitch when they say a time that they will arrive there always on time hell I would leave them with my first born and trust she would be in good hands. Over all I don't think you will ever find a better more wellput outfit in the lower mainland hell in Canada I need a place like Cooper when I work 8 days a week.Yours Truly,Big T at orchid gardens
